After you've placed your order we'll start working on your custom art, and send a digital proof for your approval by email within a few business days. After you've approved the artwork your product will be created and shipped to you. Typically you'll receive your item(s) within ca. 10-20 business days from ordering.
PHOTO GUIDE
For best results:
- Take your photo outside on a sunny day, or in a well lit room
- Aim for a photo of your pet sitting up or standing
- Closeups (head and chest) provide the best detail for your artwork
Do you have a great shot of your pet, but the background's bad? - No problem! We'll remove the background and replace it with a print or pattern of your choice
Only have a phone to take photos with? - No worries! Smartphone photos work well in most cases
