Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders of 100 EUR or more. For orders less than 100 EUR, we offer a flat rate shipping for only 7.90 EUR.
PRODUCTION
Made to order: Each order is personalised, printed and produced on demand. For this reason please allow time for customisation, production & delivery. A confirmation email will be sent to you straight after purchase and production will start normally within 2-5 business days (as soon as your custom artwork has been created and approved).
DELIVERY
Estimated delivery time: Delivery times vary depending on the product and your delivery address. Typically you'll receive your item(s) within ca. 10-20 business days from ordering, but this time frame is an estimate only. You will be sent an email to notify you that the item has been shipped and provided with a tracking number. Often this tracking number can be used with your local postal service for more accurate tracking information in the destination country.
Some countries may be subject to a customs tax, import fee and/or duty fee, or anything along the same nature. Although we do our best to avoid these extra fees, there may be instances where you will be required to pay extra in order to receive your product at the time of delivery. The fee will be the responsibility of the person making the purchase. Pawfection will not be liable for any additional fees.
Please note: Your order is important to us, and so to expedite the shipping some items may arrive in separate packages.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because of the nature of our custom products, we cannot do refunds. But if there are any issues with your order, please email us at info@pawfectionpetart.com and we’ll make it right!
